Dynafix is just such an interface for larger workpieces. Setting-up in parallel away from the machine while it is working and then setting up in a matter of seconds in the stationary machine. Important for long runs, but crucial for the profitability of short runs or one-piece production.
Dynafix is suitable for use in tough work environments, with automatic air-blast cleaning of the references and peripheral sealing. The easily-handled aluminium pallets have reference elements of hardened, high-alloy steel and directly measurable Z-references. To make changing-in of heavier workpieces easier the locking mechanism has a built-in soft landing function.
Dynafix is especially well suited as a basic system for clamping to the machine table in mixed-production operations, since all pallets from the MacroJunior, Macro and MacroMagnum systems can be clamped in Dynafix chucks using chuck adapters – small and large workpieces in the same basic clamping system.
Vibration during machining has a crucial effect on production capacity. VDP allows machining with higher cutting data and better utilisation of the machine capacity.
The Dynafix range includes a vibration-damped chuck. VDP brings a considerable increase in productivity within reach.
A number of the Dynafix products have been adapted for System 3R’s patented expanding mandrels in the 3Refix positioning system.
